Refund Policy

1. Returns & Exchanges

You have 7 days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as:

• Items on clearance or final sale.
• Shoes that show signs of wear or damage on the soles.
• Customized or specially ordered products.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspection, if your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment or provide store credit.

4. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

5. Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund in such cases.
